Students from Saturday's Certificate in Event Management class were welcomed by The Savoy for a viewing of their stunning ballroom. Rich in history and glamour, The Savoy is one of the most eminent event and meeting venues in London. Their professional events team host corporate event, intimate celebrations, lavish parties, gala dinners, weddings and more planning each event and detail meticulously.
Event Management teacher, Emma Murray-Jones had arranged for a special viewing of the ballroom as it was being set for a Saturday wedding. Having worked in events with iconic brands such as The Ritz, Emma was able to show her class how theory applies in practice
The Savoy’s event spaces and private dining rooms can be configured to host a variety of functions. Event spaces include the Lancaster Ballroom and the River Room, both of which are perfect for larger social celebrations, weddings and corporate events.
The private dining rooms, named after the operettas by Gilbert and Sullivan provide a choice of style and size, ideal for private lunches and intimate events.
