Full-Time Courses

Choosing the right education pathway is an important step in shaping your future. Our approach to fee and payment options is designed to make career-focused education accessible, transparent and aligned with the realities of modern study.

Whether you are beginning your journey into events, building on existing experience or exploring a postgraduate pathway, our payment structures are designed to support different study routes, locations and circumstances, while maintaining the academic standards and integrity of our programmes.

Managing Home Finances

UK-Based Students

Fee Payment Options

This option applies to:

• British and Irish citizens
• Students with UK permanent residence
• Students with the right to live or work in the UK (including the Youth Mobility Scheme or already in the UK on a Graduate Visa)

Payment structure

• £1,000 deposit to secure your place
• Monthly instalments across the duration of the programme

 

How monthly instalments work

• 3-month programmes: spread over up to 6 months
• 6-month programmes: spread over up to 9 months
• 12-month programmes: spread over up to 12 months

 

Your first instalment is due one month before the programme begins, with subsequent payments due monthly.

EU and ETA-Eligible International Students

Fee Payment Options

This option applies to:

• European Union citizens
• International students who are able to travel to the UK under an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) Check your status here

Payment structure

• £1,000 deposit to secure your place

• 50% of remaining fees due one month prior to course commencement

​

Then for:

• 3-month programmes: Final payment due 6 weeks after course commencement date
• 6-month programmes: 2 payments due 6 weeks and 12 weeks after course commencement date

International students requiring a Standard Visitor Visa

Fee Payment Options

This option applies to:

• International students who need to apply for a Standard Visitor Visa to study for up to six months in the UK.  Check your status here

Payment structure

• £1,000 deposit to secure your place
• Remaining fees due one month prior to course commencement

IMPORTANT

Flexible payment options are not government loans or credit agreements. Students should choose a payment structure they feel confident managing. Certifications are issued once all course fees have been paid in full

You may choose to pay your course fees in full before the programme begins. Many students prefer this option as it offers simplicity, certainty and peace of mind ahead of their studies.
