It was our great pleasure to provide Event Production Training recently to the talented staff from the BBC Live Music and Events project team... and we know they are killing it this weekend as part of the organising team for BBC's Glastonbury Festival - one of the most amazing shows on earth!
We were given an incredible opportunity, to meet incredible people, who put on incredible shows, that bring joy to so many! Opportunities like these make our work so incredibly rewarding!
During their 2-day event production training course, we covered key skills and knowledge on the more technical aspects of events, including: sound, vision and lighting; rigging and temporary structures, electricity and pyrotechnics!
Highlights of the programme included the opportunity of a technical site tour that provided the chance to see how theory applies in practice.
