23 September marks the official end of summer in the UK. So we thought it was the perfect time to revisit our summer school season highlights. We were lucky to experience blue skies and sunny days with students enjoying the facilities and stunning dockside location of our venues on the ExCeL London campus.
This summer we had a broad range of courses on offer with Foundation courses in Event Management, Wedding Planning and Venue Management. MasterClass courses were also running and the most popular was as always the Corporate Event Management MasterClass. Great feedback though from our smaller classes as well including the MasterClass in Major Sports Events and Destination Wedding Planning.
Our Professional Development Summer Schools proved yet again to be a major attraction from overseas delegates with enrolments from Spain, Nigeria, the Phillipines and Brazil!
Site tours of major London venues, providing an opportunity to apply practice to theory, were integral to the success of many of our summer school courses and highlights were visits to: ExCeL London, Tower Bridge (Events), W Hotel Leicester Square, Sunborn Yacht Hotel, The Ritz, The Savoy, The Good Hotel, Mandarin Oriental and the Silver Sturgeon.
