On her Autumn course, Siobhan took her students to the Sheraton Park Lane, Wallace Museum, Old Marylebone Town Hall, Silver Sturgeon Yacht and W London Leicester Square, to see a diverse range of wedding venues and how the differed in their operations, clientele decor and marketing.
