The Postgraduate Programme in Event Management is designed for graduates or experienced professionals who are looking to take the next step in their careers, gain postgraduate-level recognition and stand out in a competitive global industry, without following a traditional academic pathway.

Delivered face-to-face in London, this six-month programme allows students to develop advanced expertise through a combination of the ATHE Level 7 Diploma in Event Management, specialist Event School Electives and a professional CPD-certified Diploma. Together, these elements support strategic thinking, professional confidence and the practical skills needed to operate at a higher level.

Recognised as being at the same academic level as a UK master’s degree, the Level 7 Diploma supports students in building the leadership capability, strategic awareness and critical understanding required to perform confidently within complex, high-level event environments.

Learning is hands-on, industry-informed and closely connected to real-world decision-making, enabling students to apply their knowledge directly to professional practice rather than focusing on dissertation-led academic theory.

This programme is for those who want to progress, specialise or reposition themselves within the events industry, gaining postgraduate-level recognition while staying closely connected to the realities, expectations and opportunities of professional event management.
