My name is Marsha Mollineau-Griffiths, professional wedding planner and founder of Mollineau Weddings & Events based in Hackney, London UK.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Established in 2019, my company, Mollineau Wedding & Events was born out of my own personal wedding experience. I meticulously planned my own wedding, which went without a hitch (pardon the pun!). In August 2019 I had married my childhood sweetheart and over an 18 months engagement I had the pleasure of meeting and developing relationships, moreover friendships, with a robust network of leading wedding industry professionals. ⠀

My transition to the wedding sector was based on a highly successful career as a Management Consultant and Business Manager within public and private organisations.

Therefore, I knew I'd bring a range of fundamental transferable skills for the benefit of my clients, including business analysis, complex financial/budget management, complete event lifecycle management, and negotiation and influencing.

My wedding and event planing business recognises the importance of a seamless flow on a couple's uniquely designed ‘big day’.

I strive to empower my clients in their decision-making and surpasses all of their expectations, providing end-to-end planning and coordination, ensuring high levels of flexibility and collaboration.


About My Certification and Professional Development

I am a strong advocate for professional development, graduating the Certificate in Wedding Planning course with The Event School London. The course allowed me to solidify my passion in the wedding industry, expand my network of wedding industry professionals across the globe and learn new skills. During ‘peak season’ wedding planners often do not have the luxury of putting aside work to practice continuous learning, the Certificate in Wedding Planning course with The Event School London allowed me to weave the two together instead.

I also believe it's important to be part of credible industry networks and associations and I was proud to become an Associate Member of the National Association of Wedding Professionals (NAWP UK) and one of the 100 founding members of Bridelux Business Hub.
