That's why our full-time courses offer extensive hands-on, face-to-face

VIRTUAL TUTORIAL SUPPORT
AND ONLINE LEARNING

Your face-to-face training is supported by virtual tutorials that allow us to bring in major sports event experts and guest speakers from around the world! And we utilise online learning content to enrich and supplement your learning experience.

ASSESSMENT

Assessment varies per unit and elective, but generally, apart from knowledge based online quizzes and short online tests, your assessment will take the form of assignments, reports, portfolios, practical and observations.

The sports event industry is highly practical - and so are our full-time courses! Vocational Education is all about learning by doing and our programmes are designed around experiential learning principles.

Your class will plan, deliver and evaluate a live sporting event.

 

Because we believe the best way to learn how to plan sports events from start to finish is to do it!

INDUSTRY
PLACEMENT

Flexible options are available from 1-2 days a week to a two-week block at the end of your course. Students are encouraged to blend two to three options to gain exposure to a range of sports event types and organisations.

International Students please note the start and end dates of the course classes are scheduled to allow for a week either side to arrive and depart the UK within a 6-month Standard Visitor Visa Duration.
